About the Role
A leading beauty retailer who has a portfolio with some of the biggsest names in the beauty retail space is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. This role is a critical strategic partner to senior leaders, driving people initiatives that support growth, creativity, and commercial performance across the brand portfolio.
You will work at the intersection of people, culture, and business strategy—supporting a diverse, creative workforce while ensuring best-in-class HR practices in a highly competitive consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent strategy
Lead and embed key people initiatives including performance management, engagement, DE&I, and succession planning
Coach leaders on employee relations, change management, and leadership capability
Drive talent development and retention strategies within creative, commercial, and operational teams
Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve people outcomes
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence (Talent, Reward, Learning, People Operations)
About You:
Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner within retail & corperate enviroments
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
Confident operating in a matrixed, brand-led organisation
Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
Experience supporting creative and commercial populations
Comfortable managing ambiguity, change, and growth
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
The salary is paying up to £75,000 accompanied by a wide range of employee benefits such as healthcare, performance related bonus & staff discount.
