As the Senior Digital Partnerships Manager, you will lead the strategic development, execution, and optimisation of our digital partnerships and retail media initiatives across a diverse portfolio of top-tier brand partners. Sitting at the intersection of the Brand Partnerships and Digital teams, you will be responsible for shaping and scaling digital monetisation opportunities that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and incremental revenue across both endemic and non-endemic categories.

You will act as a retail media specialist within the business, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across Digital, E-Commerce and Marketing to unlock strategic digital growth opportunities. Your advanced knowledge of Retail Media, Performance Marketing, Programmatic, and E-Commerce will be pivotal in driving innovation, evolving our partnership proposition, and delivering against ambitious financial targets.

This is a high-impact, commercially focused role for an individual with a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape and a proven track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships and revenue-generating digital programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the digital partnership strategy; identifying, developing and scaling digital monetisation opportunities across key channels and platforms.
Act as a senior point of contact for key internal stakeholders and external partners, providing expert digital counsel, campaign performance insight, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing & Partnerships, Digital, and Commercial teams to shape best-in-class digital campaigns that meet both brand and business objectives.
Lead the development and optimisation of the Online Retail Media strategy, maximising revenue potential, partner engagement, renewals and customer impact.
Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and digital formats that can enhance our partnership offering and provide competitive advantage.
Oversee the creation of strategic pitch materials, insight-led case studies, and campaign reporting to support brand partner reinvestment and new business acquisition.
Own reinvestment and growth planning, leading conversations with brand partners to unlock new budgets and deliver incremental value through retail media.
Support on retail media forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning, working closely with Head of Partnerships and senior stakeholders to track performance against revenue targets.
Represent the business externally, attending key industry events, building strategic alliances, and positioning the organisation as a digital leader within the retail media ecosystem.
Mentor and guide colleagues, supporting capability building and knowledge sharing across the Brand Partnerships and Digital teams.

What you’ll bring:

Significant experience in Digital Partnerships, Retail Media, Performance Marketing, or E-Commerce, ideally within a brand, agency, or retail environment.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a track record of delivering measurable growth through digital channels.
Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of key marketing metrics (CPC, CVR, CTR, ROAS, etc.), programmatic advertising, and familiarity with media buying platforms and DSPs (Demand-Side platforms) is a plus but not essential.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to extract and communicate insights from complex data sets using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident and consultative approach to client and stakeholder engagement.
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for digital innovation and a desire to make a tangible commercial impact.
