As Senior Client & Business Development Manager for Personal Shopping, you will focus on supporting the Private Client Managers & Personal Shopping Team to retain and grow customer relationships, whilst proactively acquiring and on-boarding new clients to Personal Shopping. You will represent the highest standard of luxury service and recommend ways in which to enhance the customer experience, further building engagement and loyalty.

As a Senior Client & Business Development Manager you will:

Leverage available data to turn insights into action supporting the team to grow relationships with existing customers
Acquire new customers by leveraging the tool available and proactively seeking new opportunities
Work collaboratively with the central Clienteling Team on the overarching Clienteling strategy
Act as an ambassador for Selfridges both internally and externally, attending events to promote Personal Shopping, team members and our services
Support and facilitate the on-boarding of new customers to Personal Shopping, by assigning customers to a compatible shopper profile and introducing them to our services
Develop Team members skills to bring Service Excellence and Clienteling to life through highly curated and personalised touch points and experiences
Influence key stakeholders and peers across the business to take key actions to grow your customer portfolio

How you’ll do it…you will be:

Highly regarded within the field of Personal Shopping, with in-depth knowledge of the customer base, brands, the Services we offer and our clients lifestyles
Well-connected with a proven track record
Proactive in ceasing opportunities to build customer relationships and actively promoting the Personal shopping Team and its services
An expert in luxury lifestyle and can talk confidently within this space
An excellent communicator and can influence across all levels, you excel in the relationships you build internally and externally
Strong commercial acumen, target and performance driven, can speak confidently to Retail and client KPIS and understands the levers to achieve commercial success
A brand ambassador, demonstrating Values and Behaviours
