A luxury fashion/accessories retailer baseed on New Bond Stret are looking for a senior client advisor to deliver an impeccable and memorable customer experience. This brand has established itself within the luxury market due to their high quality, unique and sought after products.
The ideal candidate will have vast experience within the luxury sector and be familiar with developing a client book to regularly update customers on products, and offer support based on previous sales.
Whilst delivering exceptional customer service is a priority, you will also be responsible for ensuring that your team are delivering the service standards that are expected and effectively tailoring to customer/client needs.
The role is paying up to £38,000.
