Sales Manager (Store based in Hereford)

We are delighted to have partnered with a successful high-street retailer, who are looking for a sales manager for their Hereford store.
The brand is best described as a mainstream, mid-market fashion and home retailer with a strong reputation for reliability, breadth, and convenience. They boast excellent quality, reputation and great presence.

You will be reporting into an assistant manager and a store manager. As the sales manager you will prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. You will support the store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed.
You will also build and manage a successful team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in an environment which is commercial, safe and where targets are met.

The successful candidate will be passionate about customers, people and products. You'll have exceptional commercial understanding, with the know-how to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers, and you'll be an excellent team player who works at their best in a results driven, fast paced and challenging environment. You have the ability to adapt to change quickly, bringing the rest of the team on board with the new objectives. You must be a great communicator and can work naturally with people at all levels. You stay calm and approachable even under pressure.

In return the company is offering a salary of £25,908 per annum, 25% employee discount and 60% off uniform, plus lots of great benefits.
Shift details are as follow: 37.50hrs p/w; Sun 10:30 - 17:30; Mon 09:00 - 17:15; Tue 09:00 - 17:15; Wed 09:00 - 17:15; Thu 10:45 - 19:00.
