At Megan’s, we’re on a mission to become the nation’s most loved neighbourhood restaurant. Think fairy lights, food from sunny places & unforgettable group dining and party experiences. We make magic moments happen every day, and now we’re looking for someone to help us spread the sparkle across our restaurants.

What you’ll be doing

✨ Spread the party magic: You’ll be the go-to person for smaller events, private hires and group bookings, turning enquiries into unforgettable Megan’s moments.

💻 Be our DesignMyNight guru: Set up events, keep our diaries in check, and make sure every booking looks picture-perfect.

📋 Keep things running smoother than our hummus: Handle enquiries, proposals, pre-orders and run sheets like an organisational wizard.

🏃‍♀️ Get out and about: You’ll spend time in our restaurants, making sure events look the part and guests leave happy and recommending (and tagging us on Insta).

💙 Add that community sparkle: Support local partnerships and neighbourhood events, because Megan’s is all about bringing people together.

What we’re looking for

🌟 A total people person - friendly, confident, and loves a good chat.

🧠 A bit of an organisational expert with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

🍽️ Some hospitality or events experience, especially if you know your way around DesignMyNight.

🚀 Someone hands-on, proactive, and ready to dive into the action.

💫 A genuine love for creating magical guest moments - the kind that make people say, “we have to do this again next year!”
