Sales Development Manager

As the sales development manager, you will lead your team from the front, coaching and developing them to deliver outstanding customer experience and strive to achieve record-breaking sales results. You will monitor store KPI’s, identify key areas for growth opportunity. Alongside this you will ensure excellence in the services offered whilst maintaining brand standards.

You will be an experienced area manager or an ambitious cluster manager with a proven track record of leading your teams to success. You will be makeup obsessed with a true love to making people feel beautiful. You will be a brand pioneer, not afraid to step out and engage with customers and always keeping your teams energised.

The role is offering a salary of up to €45,000 for the right candidate with a company car and up to 10% bonus.
