We’re currently looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join the Luxury Linens team, representing the iconic British heritage brand Peter Reed.

About the role
As a Luxury Linen Sales Associate for Peter Reed, you will be a true brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service while building long-lasting client relationships.
You will be responsible for:
Providing a highly personalised, luxury service experience tailored to each customer’s lifestyle, preferences and brief
Acting as a dedicated expert across fabrics, thread counts, finishes, customisation and care for the brand
Building strong and sustainable client relationships through thoughtful consultations, aftercare and follow-up
Remaining detail-focused when handling personalised and special-order requests
Confidently presenting and maintaining immaculate product displays in line with brand standards
Keeping up to date with product launches, seasonal collections and industry trends
Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey
About You
You will ideally have experience working in a home & lifestyle environment with a premium or luxury retailer. You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.
You will:
Deliver a consistently elevated, world-class customer experience
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship and quality
Be confident discussing luxury products, specifications and bespoke services
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Remain calm, professional and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
Be resilient, adaptable and comfortable tailoring your approach to different clients
Be confident using MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital ordering systems
Thrive as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
Take pride in achieving — and exceeding — sales targets
