Sales Associate - Home Luxury Gifts

As a Sales Associate within our established and prestigious Luxury Gifts department within Harrods homeware, you will be the face of our iconic brand and be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer.

About the Role

Being part of the Luxury Gifts team, you’ll immerse yourself in a world of premium gifting and home fragrances, working with beautifully crafted collections designed to enhance customers’ homes and lifestyles. You will engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their tastes, spaces and occasions, delivering a personalised and memorable service at every touchpoint.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering a tailored, high‑touch service within luxury gifts and home fragrance
Guiding customers through fragrance notes, formats and usage using confident storytelling
Helping clients find products that complement their homes or suit special gifting occasions
Building emotional connections with products to enhance the customer journey
Consistently achieving agreed sales targets and performance standards

Our Sales Associates take time to truly understand our customers, combining the Art of Selling with comprehensive product knowledge to drive repeat visits and long‑term relationships.

About You

You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail or hospitality and best‑in‑class experience delivering memorable service. Passionate about luxury, gifting and home fragrance, you will take pride in creating refined, meaningful experiences for every client.

You will:

Have a genuine interest in home fragrance, luxury gifting and storytelling
Be confident, personable and attentive to detail in every customer interaction
Be motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
Take pride in your appearance, punctuality and professionalism
Be dedicated, disciplined and eager to continually develop your product knowledge
