Join our growing team at Tesco Ireland's Customer Engagement Centre.

The Sales and Retentions Associate will use their skills and knowledge to deliver the appropriate solutions to our customers, offering a wide range of options and solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Role modelling the Tesco values and lead by example in what I do and how I behave
• Ensuring I understand our core purpose and the role I play in delivering this
• Understanding the part I play in delivering our key metrics and performance measures
• Taking ownership of the issue and using my Every Little Help Makes a Big Difference in effortless connecting skills to engage, understand, act and complete with confidence Participating in everyday conversations covering: recognition, check in, navigation, emergency response and time out and fully demonstrate the principles of Inspiring Great Performance Every Day
• Participating in building relevant personal development plans
• Sharing my knowledge freely with others
• Delivering my own personal objectives, preparing for and participating fully in every day conversations with my Team Leader
• Following and applying all policies e.g. Supporting Your Performance, Sickness Absence, Time Off & Adherence to schedules
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence - Continually developing my skills to be the best I can be in my role
• Looking for and raising opportunities to improve processes and practices in the business and embracing change
• Identifying what is getting in the way and clearing the path by raising the issue
