Our Retail Operations team are now looking for a Retail Operations Receptionist to be the first point of contact in supporting seamless service behind the scenes of luxury retail.

About the Role

As a Retail Operations Receptionist at Harrods, you’ll be a vital member of our Retail Operations team, ensuring smooth and professional coordination of our internal alteration fittings and supporting the day-to-day operations of Transaction Services. With a strong focus on administrative excellence and internal customer service, you'll keep the behind-the-scenes engine running efficiently so our shop floor teams can deliver the exceptional service Harrods is known for.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Coordinating and scheduling the Fitter service for Bespoke Alterations, ensuring timely bookings for customers
Managing inbound enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding alterations, transactions, and services
Producing daily reports and dashboards to track activity and team performance
Maintaining accurate and well-organised records and paperwork for the department
Supporting the team with additional administrative duties to ensure efficient back-office operations

This is a Part Time role working across weekends, fully on site.

You will need:

Strong customer service and communication skills when interacting with internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent time management and attention to detail in reporting and record-keeping
