Retail Manager

An innovative fashion retailer known for their inclusivity is looking for a deputy manager to support the store manager on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract in their Norwich store.

Supporting the store manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing and maximising sales through selling and service. You will be a key ambassador for the brand and inspire the rest of the team in the company's values.

Coming from a retail background, you will be someone with extensive retail management experience and focused on achieving store goals.
The role is paying up to £33,000. There is a benefits package included.
