Restaurant General Manager (RGM) – Urban Crave

$60,000 – $65,000 + quarterly & year-end bonus

Featuring globally inspired comfort food, from energizing breakfasts to flavorful bowls, burgers, and flatbreads, Urban Crave blends bold flavors with approachable favorites. A full bar with local beers, wines, and craft cocktails rounds out the experience, creating a welcoming space where guests can unwind while on the move.

We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager who thrives in high-energy environments and loves building strong teams, great guest experiences, and consistent operational excellence. This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys balancing hospitality, speed, and quality while keeping the restaurant running smoothly from open to close.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of a full-service restaurant and bar
• Create an energized, guest-focused culture that keeps travelers coming back
• Coach, develop, and retain a strong team of managers and hourly staff
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met
• Drive financial performance through scheduling, cost controls, and forecasting
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and operational systems
• Partner with airport stakeholders and SSP leadership to execute brand standards
• Solve problems quickly while keeping the guest experience front and center

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a full-service environment
• Bar management experience preferred
• Proven success leading teams in high-volume restaurants
• Strong financial and operational skills including P&L management
• Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools
• Confident communicator who can work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ability to obtain Transport Canada clearance (5-year background check)
• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
