What You'll Tackle:
Oversee all Front and Back of House operations
Ensure food quality, team accountability, and safety standards
Control costs, drive revenue, and lead inventory and payroll management
Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier team members
Represent the brand with pride in a highly visible airport environment
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of General Manager-level experience in full-service dining (bar experience is a plus)
Strong operational skills, financial acumen, and guest-first leadership
Solid communication and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
Ability to pass a 5-year Transport Canada background check

This position is located in a secure airport environment and a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) is required.
