As a Regional Talent Officer at Lidl, you will play a crucial role in the training journey of all the new people who join our ever-growing business. From making sure they receive high-quality training and development to helping line managers achieve great compliance with their team, this is an exciting, busy role, working directly for the Regional Talent Manager, for someone to make a real difference to the work lives of your regional colleagues.

What you'll do
Monitor the progress of regional inductions and basic training, liaising with colleagues and line managers to ensure completion in line with national deadlines
Reliably support line managers and colleagues to rectify problems or issues with training in a timely and professional manner
Analyse Talent KPIs, identify trends and proactively liaise with key stakeholders to improve regional results
Conduct store/department visits, together with or on behalf of the RTM to provide support, obtain feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our colleague training experience
Collaborate to help plan and manage local media campaigns
What you'll need
Enthusiasm for facilitating high quality training and development to all colleagues
Flexible communication skills with the ability to influence a range of regional colleagues
Excellent planning and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
The confidence and skill to present pre-defined material to a group of colleagues
A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
