As a Public Area Attendant, you'll ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts, and guest-facing facilities — ensuring our guests always encounter a spotless and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas of the hotel
Regularly clean lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and lifts throughout the day
Monitor and replenish public area supplies (e.g. hand soap, tissues, air fresheners)
Ensure back-of-house areas, including staff facilities, are clean and tidy
Report maintenance issues promptly
Provide a warm and helpful presence when interacting with guests
Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Salary: £13.04 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
