A global apparel retailer is seeking a Project Manager for their London HQ. The role supports the delivery, stability, and enhancement of an in-house ecommerce platform across Europe and works closely with stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.
This role focuses on leading effective warehouse management initiatives and successfully onboarding ecommerce carriers, requiring strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. The position works cross-functionally with internal teams such as IT, site operations, customer service, and logistics, while also managing relationships with external warehouse partners, ecommerce carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth, end-to-end operations.
The ideal candidate will have five or more years’ experience in ecommerce or retail IT project delivery, strong agile project management capabilities, experience working with development teams and third-party vendors, and a solid understanding of modern ecommerce technologies and digital tools. A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope is essential.
