Product Admin Assistant - Menswear
Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Admin Assistant to join our F&F Menswear Clothing team here at Tesco. You will partner with Buying Teams to manage samples and prepare for meetings to ensure we build and deliver commercial and profitable ranges in line with our business strategy.
You will be responsible for:
Partner with buying and merchandising teams to understand their strategy and priorities and collate and present relevant competitor activity to the team.
Management of samples including acquiring them from suppliers, storage and disposal.
Supporting on system administration.
Working with buying teams to prepare and rack up for meetings including strategy, vision, pre-selection and sign off.
Preparing for approvals and fit sessions to ensure Critical Path milestones are met.
Supporting buying teams with preparation for trade meetings.
Supporting sustainable intake, management and disposal of samples in line with our commitment to serve the planet.
You will need:

Have a working understanding of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
