Premium Store Manager (Mat Cover)

An incredible opportunity has come up to join a leading iconic department store, for a womenswear sales manager in the heart of London. This is currently a year long maternity cover, but you will be supporting in being part of world renowned business.

The role:
• Lead and develop a high performing team of sales consultants
• Drive sales performance and KPIs, making the most of the customer journey
• Support the store leader with floor moves, VM and coaching
• Ensure high standards are maintained

The candidate:
• Previous experience managing teams of at least 15
• A keen eye for presentation and visual elements of the store
• Well presented with excellent communication
• Passionate about retail and giving a luxury experience to customers
• Able to commit to a maternity cover role
