We’re partnering with this exciting brand to find a payroll administrator to join their London-based EMEA payroll team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Covering payroll operations across multiple international markets, this role is essential in ensuring data accuracy, seamless employee support, and compliance across systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the EMEA payroll inbox and supporting timely, accurate payroll processing
- Updating employee data across payroll and HR platforms
- Supporting with contracts, employment changes, and compliance documentation
- Assisting with audits, reporting, and process improvements
- Acting as a key support point for employee queries alongside the wider HR and payroll teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in payroll, HR operations, or people data administration
- Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms—Workday experience is a plus
- Confident using payroll tools (CloudPay ideal but not essential)
- High attention to detail, strong organisation, and a proactive, team-first mindset
