We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help lead that mission in London. In Pizza Pilgrims, we call them Managing Partner because you have the accountability and ownership of your area, which is usually no more than 6 pizzerias.
As a Managing Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing Pizza Pilgrims’ purpose to life, supporting our General Managers and Head Chefs, shaping high performing teams, and delivering brilliant guest experiences across our pizzerias.
You’ll be the connector between strategy and day to day operations, helping our teams thrive while driving commercial excellence.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across your pizzerias
Fully responsible of your area forecasting and proactive behaviours of driving sales
Coaching teams on performance, leadership and continuous improvement
Being a role model for Pizza Pilgrims’ values and culture
Working closely with People, Food and Marketing teams to deliver shared goal
Taking ownership of results and acting like a true business partner
About you
A confident, supportive leader who loves developing people
Comfortable balancing people needs, guest experience and commercial results
Experienced in multi-site or senior operational roles (hospitality preferred)
Adaptable, resilient and calm under pressure
