Operations Manager

A travel retailer is looking for an operations manager to lead and manage all aspects of store operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the store team, enhancing both employee and customer experience, and delivering strong business results aligned with the company’s short- and long-term objectives.

Managing the day to day store operations, you will lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve high performance. The company is looking for a strong leader who has a track record of fostering a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention.

Coming from a similar environment, you will be a strong people leader who has worked in large-format setups in the retail environment.

The role is paying up to £50,000. There is a 20% bonus earning potential. The benefits package includes healthcare and various discounts across a number of brands.
