We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. Working overnight, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, handling late check-ins and early departures, and completing key financial and operational reports. You’ll act as both host and guardian—providing exceptional service while keeping everything running smoothly through the night.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Complete nightly audit tasks, including reconciling financial transactions and preparing reports.

Monitor property security and carry out regular floor walks.

Ensure accurate billing and maintain up-to-date guest records.

Support other departments where required, ensuring smooth handover to the day team.

Uphold hotel and brand standards at all times.

Salary: £26,795 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
