Multi-site manager

A fragrance retailer based around the Surrey Hills area is looking for a multi-site manager. This company has been a staple within the fragrance sector for many years and has accumulated a mass following of loyal customers with the intention of expanding further and wider.

The chosen candidate will be familiar with working to KPI’s and be an effective team motivator to drive sales within the stores. The business has a strong focus on customer service and therefore is looking for someone who is familiar with building client customer relationships and offering a fantastic service.

The chosen candidate will ideally have experience working with luxury products and managing larg team sizes. You will also need to be comfortable managing performance and working in an environment that focuses on 1 to 1 customer service.

The role is paying up to £45,000.
