Merchandiser

We are partnering with a fast-growing leisurewear retailer based in Glasgow, known for its strong brand identity and community-led approach. Combining style with performance, the brand offers a versatile range of men’s and womenswear designed for both active lifestyles and everyday wear.

This is a unique hybrid opportunity for someone with a background in buying and merchandising. The role is open across multiple levels, from assistant to buyer/merchandiser, making it an exciting chance to join the business during a significant phase of growth.

You will play a key role in supporting product strategy and commercial performance, working across forecasting, replenishment, and range planning. Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems are essential, alongside a solid understanding of product and a highly analytical mindset. There will also be opportunities to travel and work closely with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be confident operating across both buying and merchandising functions within this non-traditional, dual role. You’ll be proactive, highly organised, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
