Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated merchandiser to drive omnichannel optimisation and provide actionable trading insights. In this role, you will support strategic planning and deliver in-season actions to maximise profitability across ranges, stores, and digital channels. You will build ranges using historical analysis and accurate line buys, regularly report and analyse performance to identify trading patterns, risks, and opportunities, and provide analytics to influence commercial decisions. The position partners closely with buyers to support sourcing strategies focused on margin, lead time, flexibility, and sustainability. You will manage stock levels and the critical path process, collaborate across the business to achieve objectives, conduct competitor analysis and share insights, and communicate innovative ideas to inspire the team.


We are looking for someone who is highly numerical, data-driven, and collaborative with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent communication at all levels, a proactive and organised approach, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment are essential. You should have relevant trading experience, be comfortable making decisions at pace, and possess strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities, along with resilience and adaptability. A good understanding of the market and competitors is also important.

The role is paying up to £55,000. Benefits package includes: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off, private health insurance, Smart Health, life assurance, a discretionary bonus, and 50% staff discount.
