Merchandiser

This fashion retailer is looking for a proactive and commercially driven merchandiser to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of planning and forecasting for one of our key departments, ensuring that the right stock is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales and profitability.

You will play a key part in range building, stock management, and in-season performance, working closely with Buying, Design, and Allocations teams to deliver strong trading results and support our strategic goals.

You will drive seasonal planning and sales performance by managing ranges, stock, and forecasting to maximize profitability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll oversee allocation, reporting, and store grading to ensure data-driven decisions and the right stock at the right time.

You’ll have strong analytical and numerical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision making. Highly organized and collaborative, you can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and are proficient in excel and merchandising systems.
