Luxury Technical Assistant - Womenswear

We’re working with an exciting luxury womenswear label based in West London, known for its beautifully crafted, hand-beaded occasionwear manufactured in India. As the brand continues to build on its strong growth, they are looking to appoint a Technical Assistant or Junior Garment Technologist to join their close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a good understanding of garment fitting and sealing, and a solid foundation in technical processes gained through a relevant fashion or garment tech placement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

The role involves supporting fit sessions, updating technical packs, managing sample approvals, and liaising with international manufacturers to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. A strong appreciation for embellishment, finish, and luxury construction is key.

You’ll be joining a small, passionate team of eight where you’ll be given real responsibility and the chance to grow alongside a brand that’s gaining serious traction in the luxury space.

This is an in-house, full-time position, 4 days in the office and 1 from home, based in West London.
