The Role:
• Lead, motivate, and inspire a small, dynamic team
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
• Oversee payroll, HR, and all back-office functions
• Develop, coach, and train the team to achieve KPIs and drive sales
• Organise and participate in regular in-store events, enhancing the boutique’s profile and customer experience
The Candidate:
• Previous experience managing a store within a luxury environment
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
• Passionate about luxury brands and confident in sharing product knowledge with clients
• Strong experience in all aspects of store management
