Luxury Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a store manager, to join a luxury multi-brand boutique based in the heart of the West End!
This is a great opportunity for a manager who loves autonomy and working with a high performing team.
The role:
• Lead and inspire a small team
• Be a brand ambassador to ensure high customer service
• Manage payroll, HR and all back office function
• Develop and train a team to hit KPIs
The candidate:
• Previous experience within a luxury environment
• Strong track record of achieving targets, and driving sales
• Passionate about luxury brands, and to confidently talk about luxury
• Strong store management experience
This role will suit someone who lives and breathes luxury, but would like to work in a fast paced boutique environment. In return there is a competitive salary on offer, plus generous commission and benefits.
