Luxury Sales Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales assistant to join a luxury home retailer in Solihull. This company is going from strength to strength and this a truly unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about unique products and excellent customer service.

The role will help drive store sales, service, KPIs and budgets. You will maintain the highest levels of customer service in your store and lead your team from the shop floor.

We are searching for a sales assistant from a luxury or premium, customer service focused environment, who enjoys driving KPIs and maintaining excellent standards. Our client is looking for a passionate people manager who is excellent at communication and enjoys developing a team.

The opportunity comes with a competitive benefit package and salary of up to £29,000 plus sales commission taking the potential earnings to £35,000 and benefits.
