Learning Experience Manager

As the Digital Learning Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our learning and development initiatives. You'll be involved in managing the digital learning platforms, creating engaging and innovative learning experiences, and ensuring the effective use of technology to enhance colleague development and performance.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and implement a forward thinking digital learning strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Ensure the strategy supports the development of critical skills and capabilities required for the future.
Acting as a thought leader in digital learning, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies, and sharing insights with the wider organisation. Influence and inspire colleagues to embrace innovative approaches to learning and development.
Overseeing the management and optimisation of digital learning platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and effective in delivering learning content.
Developing and implement skills frameworks that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and operational needs. Ensure that the frameworks support talent management, capability development, recruitment, and performance evaluation
Establishing and promote a strong learning brand that is trusted, reliable, inclusive, and accessible. Ensure that the learning initiatives align with the organisation's core principles and values, and drive high performance through engaging and memorable learning experiences
Utilising data analytics to track and report on learning outcomes, engagement, and effectiveness. Provide insights to inform continuous improvement of digital learning initiatives.
Working closely with various departments, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of digital learning solutions.
Leading and manage digital learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Fostering a culture of innovation within the Learning and Development team, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.

You will need:
Operational skills relevant for this job:
Digital literacy and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience relevant for this job:
Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
