We’re on a mission to serve our customers a little better every day — as our new Lead Location Planning Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our property strategy, leading a talented team and driving insight-led decisions that help us grow in the right places.

The Hiring Managers for this role are Danielle Donnellan and Robert Phillips.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and developing a team of 3–4 Location Planning Managers, setting clear goals and supporting their growth.
Owning the regional forecasting process and ensuring accuracy and accountability across all location decisions.
Working closely with the Head of Location Planning to align team priorities and resources throughout the year.
Championing a collaborative, high-performance culture where ideas thrive and delivery is key.

Strategic & Insight Leadership

Developing location strategies for new store openings, closures, and relocations.
Overseeing catchment analysis, impact modelling and forecasting to support investment decisions.
Leading strategic projects that provide clear direction to the wider Property team and business.
Using spatial data, customer insight and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
Driving continuous improvement across tools, processes and training to boost team effectiveness.
Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

Building strong relationships across Property, Finance, and Commercial teams to align strategy with business goals.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on location-related matters.
Supporting strategic initiatives with insight and integrity

You will need:

Experience within a role that incorporates understanding locational and or spatial data
Experience in presenting/providing insight to senior stakeholders
Proven experience in location planning, forecasting or property strategy.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
