We’re embarking on a 3+ year global transformation programme to revolutionise our end-to-end Property operating model, moving towards an Asset Lifecycle approach. Change management is critical to our success—and that’s where you come in.

As our Change & Adoption Manager, you’ll lead the people side of change across the Tesco Group, ensuring colleagues are empowered to embrace new ways of working and that change sticks. This is a unique opportunity to influence a global operating model and make a lasting impact.

You will be responsible for:

Designing and delivering the change strategy: Create and execute a global change management plan that drives behavioural change and embeds new policies, processes, and systems.
Leading change assessments: Analyse impacts, manage people risks, and assess readiness for change across diverse audiences.
Engaging stakeholders: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and SMEs to anticipate blockers and prepare teams for transition.
Aligning leadership: Guide leaders and sponsors to champion change across the organisation.
Communicating and inspiring: Craft compelling messages and engagement materials that make the case for change.
Enabling learning: Identify training needs and collaborate on sustainable education solutions.
Championing continuous improvement: Drive best practice in change and adoption within Property.

You will need:

Proven experience delivering operating model change at scale (ideally global).
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a ‘set-up’ environment.
Strong influencing skills and experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrix structure.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised, proactive, and passionate about coaching teams and individuals.
Skilled in MS Office and familiar with Asset Lifecycle principles.
