As Head Chef you will be highly focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in training and mentoring your team of chefs, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

You will be responsible for supporting in the delivery of operational and financial results such as GP and stock control, as well as ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-volume, fast paced food restaurant or similar kitchen environment.
Strong people management skills to lead, motivate and develop your team for future progression.
Commercial acumen and knowledge of the financial controls required when running a kitchen - cost control, stock and labour management, GP targets and P&L reviews.

You'll be rewarded with a competitive package of £45,000 p.a. OTE and enjoy:
