Inventory Analyst - Franchise Operations

We are seeking an Inventory Analyst for a 9-month contract covering franchise operations. In this role, you will manage end to end order creation and tracking for new franchise market launches, ensuring inventory flow supports store opening timelines and market demand.

You will coordinate and manage product samples for new market entry, establishing processes to ensure all samples are prepared, tracked, and available to meet launch deadlines. Partnering with F
franchise partners, fulfillment, franchise business, product integrity, and planning teams, you will help ensure a smooth inventory flow, support launch readiness, and maintain stock levels post launch.

Your responsibilities also include facilitating the flow of critical information and documentation between internal teams and the franchise partner, supporting product readiness and entry into new markets. You will assist with the implementation of new franchise processes and workflow changes, including system and information changeovers, to ensure operational efficiency and successful partner integration.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years’ experience in inventory management, fulfilment, or supply chain, excellent accuracy with data and documentation, strong time management, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
