Our Internal Communications team is now looking for a Videographer & Photographer to help us bring colleague stories to life through beautiful and impactful visual content. About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing high-quality photo and video content for a wide range of internal campaigns and events – from leadership updates and colleague spotlights to town halls and celebrations. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to visually capture what life at Harrods looks like and feels like, ensuring alignment with our brand and tone of voice.

Key responsibilities include:

Capturing engaging photo and video content that supports internal communications goals
Planning shoots, developing creative concepts, and editing content to a professional standard
Managing and maintaining multimedia equipment
Collaborating closely with departments across the business to feature team stories and culture
Organising and archiving digital assets

This role is primarily based on-site at our Hammersmith office, with flexible hybrid working in line with business needs.

About You

You’ll be a creative and resourceful visual storyteller, confident behind the camera and experienced in delivering polished content. With a strong portfolio in both photography and video, you’ll bring fresh ideas and energy to every project.

You will:

Have experience working as a videographer and photographer, ideally in a corporate or communications setting
Be proficient with professional camera equipment and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom etc.)
Feel confident working with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership
Be comfortable balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and creative flair
