We are looking for a passionate and diligent HR Reward Associate to join our People Team in Brownhills, Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to build an outstanding reward and benefits experience for our colleagues. Working closely with the Reward Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering seamless reward operations that positively impact our team members. You will be responsible for:

Pay Review & Bonus:
Support the Reward Manager to deliver the annual pay review and bonus cycle in regards to developing colleague communications, data reconciliation and processing of payments.

Job Evaluation & Benchmarking:
Responsible for the completion of salary surveys and submission of salary data for benchmarking purposes with current provider Willis Towers Watson. Undertake job evalulation utilising WTW global grading methodology.
Work with the Reward Manager to maintain the integrity of job evaluation and pay structure through tracking of job evaluation benchmarking and job offers.

Benefits:
Pensions – ensure membership is kept up to date via colleague opt ins & opt outs, and uploading data to the pension provider. Reconcile the data to ensure contribution levels align with entitlement. Issue postponement notices after each pay run.
Healthcare – enrol new members on the HR system and liaise with the supplier to ensure membership documentation is issued. Support the Reward Manager to deliver the annual renewal of the PMI via data reconciliation and colleague communications.
Childcare Vouchers – responsible for reconciling the childcare voucher membership with the supplier and payroll to ensure colleague salary sacrifice deductions are correct.
Recognition – manage the long service awards to ensure colleagues receive their award in a timely manner. Also manage colleague recognition initiatives
Benefit Memberships – ensure all third party benefit memberships are regularly updated i.e. Tesco Colleague Clubcard, Tesco Mobile, Colleague Deals & Discounts etc.
Life Assurance – work closely with the People Partners to collate all information required to process Life Assurance claims. Liaising with the trustee for approval and the insurer to process payments. Also issuing the payments to the beneficiaries as appropriate.
Fleet - Responsible for co-ordinating the fleet processes in relation to ordering of hire vehicles, vehicle fines, driver risk database management (license & insurance checking), fuel cards and Cash for Cars allowances. Ensure the HR & Payroll system is kept up to date with vehicle movements and cash for cars changes. Check Monthly Dashboards (vehicle data, license checking etc) from Fleet provider to reconcile data with One Stop systems.

Colleague Experience:
Work closely with Internal Comms to develop communications to raise awareness of the benefits available to colleagues to drive increased take up and engagement. Utilising various comms channels including printed media, email communications, intranet and keeping the comms updated and refreshed on a regular basis.
Responsible for managing the Reward pages on the intranet to keep all content up to date • Responsible for managing the Reward Inbox and ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner. Ensure all interactions offer our colleague the very best experience, making sure we deliver great service at all times.

Data Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all benefits on the HR System (Pension, Cars, Healthcare, Childcare Vouchers etc), and working closely with Payroll to ensure all data is captured for end of year P11d purposes.
Ensure all process guides, trackers and reports are maintained to continuously improve our ways of working.
Ensuring all invoicing for all suppliers is checked in accordance with agreements and any discrepancies are challenged back to the supplier with errors rectified.

Team / Project Support:
Support the broader People Team on projects to improve our ways of working which support the overall People plan. Work closely with all external benefits suppliers (Fleet, Healthcare, Pensions, Colleague Discounts) to ensure services are provided in accordance with agreed costs and service levels.

You will need:

Experience in Reward & Benefits.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with HR & Payroll systems.
Desirable qualifications in business, management, HR, or equivalent experience.
