HR Advisor

A leading tech distributor is looking to recruit an experienced HR advisor to join their already successful HR team. This exciting HR role will support in the successful design, build and execution of projects - holding accountability for HR data management, advice and guidance in ER matters.

This is a rich and varied role that would suit someone who has the ability to work independently, partner with the stakeholders across multiple functions and would like variety and creativity in their role. There is a lot of scope for you to make this role your own and quickly become an integral part of the wider team.

To be successful the ideal candidate will come from a HR background, don't worry you won't need an existing understanding of the lifecycle of job functions, roles and dynamics here that can be trained. They are looking for someone with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, who works collaboratively, and is able to win hearts and minds in order to affect change.
