HR Administrator (FTC)

We are recruiting an HR Administrator for a well-established international retailer in Uxbridge on a 3 month FTC. This company is continuing to go from strength to strength and leading in the leisure industry.
As an HR Administrator your responsibilities will include supporting all payroll and HR admin, issuing new joiner paperwork and own the onboarding administration of new team members. You will also input starters, leavers and changes in the rota and leave management system and conduct regular reports. This role will support bonus schemes preparations, bonus calculations and appropriate documentation and ensure data accuracy between the different data sources.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has had experience in an HR administration role and understands the functions in a retail or hospitality head office environment. You will be confident imputing on workday systems.
The role is offering a salary of up to £40k for the right candidate on a plus discounts, healthcare and contributory pension.
