Head of Buying - Health & Beauty

An international food retailer is looking for a head of buying for their health & beauty category. The retailer is known for their innovate and high quality products. The main responsibility of this role is to drive the buying strategy across the store portfolio.

You will shape and deliver the strategic buying strategy for this trend-led category. You will lead, inspire and develop a team of buyers, building strong supplier partnerships and delivering a compelling range that drives commercial success and appeals to customers. Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain to deliver an innovative and high-quality offering.

Coming from a similar position, you will be someone with extensive management experience leading a team and driving strategy within the health & beauty industry.

The role is paying up to £95,000. There is a 15% bonus with share options available. The role is based in London. There is a hybrid working schedule that offers flexibility. There is also a benefits package.
