Head of Allocations and Replenishment - 6 month FTC

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Allocations & Replenishment to join a leading global retailer on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for developing and executing inventory management strategies across the European market.

The Role:
- Drive inventory optimisation across Europe, maximising turnover and minimising losses
- Manage the full order lifecycle for all European locations
- Prepare and deliver regular inventory reports and analysis
- Collaborate closely with retail, logistics, and merchandising teams

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in allocations and replenishment across international markets
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to data and reporting
- Team management experience with a passion for developing talent
- Advanced Excel skills essential
