Group Change Manager - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Change
Lead the design and deployment of change initiatives within the Group People function.
Deliver Group People Campaigns by creating and managing detailed deployment plans.
Ensure plans clearly outline how and when changes will land across the organization.
Deployment
Build strong stakeholder engagement across all impacted business areas.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of deployment requirements.
Set the business up for success by preparing teams and functions ahead of change landing.
Communications
Establish and lead the delivery of the communications plan for each change initiative.
Ensure key messages are effectively landed and resonate with all audiences.
Tailor communications to different stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.

You will be responsible for:
Accountable for
Owning and delivering all change management activities applying a structured change methodology. Applying frameworks and methodologies to design, develop and deliver the change programme
Creating and managing deployment plans across Group, including stakeholder analysis and management, learning needs, and change impact assessments.
Developing a clear Group engagement plan to land the change and a plan to embed the change including support for colleagues while change embeds during hypercare
Owning the Comms plan for the change, ensuring that key messages are landed and all audiences are considered
Ensuring the change is relevant and considered for all Group Markets to which it is applicable
Working with
Project team to ensure that timelines are aligned and assessing readiness for deployment of change. Providing deployment plan status updates to Project Manager where appropriate
POE teams to understand the change and ensure all Markets have been designed for
Group Market & Business Unit teams eg PBPs to ensure deployment plans are Market relevant
Group Communications to ensure comms plan supports deployment plan and approach
Learning & delivery team to define best learning approach for the change initiative and training delivery required to support successful deployment of the change
You will need:

A compelling storyteller, ensuring everyone is taken on a journey
Inspire commitment and build trust among stakeholders.

Ensure change initiatives support organizational goals.
Plan with a big‑picture perspective and anticipate risks.
Define KPIs to measure success.
Track adoption rates and assess the effectiveness of change.
Resolve unexpected challenges quickly.
Adjust change plans in response to new data and evolving circumstances.
