Global HR Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a global head of HR to join a leading global apparel operation in Bangladesh.
This is an integral role to lead and shape the HR functions in the group.

The role:
• Lead all HR functions across the group, including development and execution of new procedures
• Oversee talent acquisition
• Look at learning and development opportunities to implement
• Work with senior leadership to foster strong relationships, and develop strong teams

The candidate:
• Strong experience as a global HR leader
• Experience with in apparel / manufacturing is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of developing HR functions
