About you

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and genuinely loves people. You lead from the front, inspire your team, and create memorable guest experiences every day.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience running a high-performing site or fresh food restaurant
A strong track record of developing managers and teams
Confidence across all areas of hospitality (including rooms where applicable)
2–3 years’ experience as a General Manager within a branded environment
A solid understanding of HR, financial performance, and KPI delivery
The ability to take full ownership of your business and drive results
