About the Role:
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the venue’s success. You’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team, uphold exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple departments and floors. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves cultivating a fun, service-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across all venue levels, ensuring consistent, high-quality service
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of hospitality professionals
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores
• Drive revenue through strategic planning, promotions, and strong commercial awareness
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and maintain cost controls
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and operational policies
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to optimise bookings and brand visibility
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere throughout the venue
About You
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-site or multi-floor hospitality environment
• Strong people-management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Commercially minded, with experience driving revenue and managing budgets
• Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and delivering memorable moments
• Flexible and resilient, with the ability to thrive under pressure
The salary is paying up to £68,000
