General Manager

A popular activity and leisure brand who are consistently expanding across the UK & Europe are looking for a general manager in the Loughborough area. They currently have 37 sites across the UK and hold the current title for the being the best franchise in this sector.

As the general manager you will manage a team of 20-25 ensuring that exceptional customer service is being delivered and operations are being carried out efficiently. You will also manage budgets, organise rotas and implementing health and safety standards to ensure that the site is compliant.

Hospitality/leisure experience is preferred for this position, and you will need to be a strong motivator.

The salary is paying up to 38,000 + quarterly target related bonus.
