In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.

Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance.

No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you're behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.

We’re on the lookout for a Production Shift Leader to join our team and help lead the way in doughnut perfection. As a Shift Leader, you'll oversee the production process, support your team, and ensure every single doughnut meets Krispy Kreme’s gold standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the production team during your shift.
• Production Oversight: Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Process Management: Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically active, on your feet work.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
• Team-Oriented: Reliable, positive, and motivated by teamwork and results.
