In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.

Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance.

No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you're behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.

Your new job:

As a Processing Team Member at Krispy Kreme, you'll be an integral part of our mission to become the world's most beloved sweet treat brand. Working alongside a talented team of Krispy Kremers, you'll contribute to crafting the doughnuts that bring joy to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Line Operations: Ensure doughnuts are filled with their signature fillings and hand-decorated to the highest standards, including icing, piping, and adding special ingredients like sprinkles or peanut butter.

• Ingredient Preparation: Measure and mix our secret ingredients to create the perfect doughnut base.

• Documentation: Complete relevant paperwork daily to maintain production accuracy.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and food safety processes to maintain a safe working environment.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure every doughnut meets our high-quality standards and customer expectations.

• Team Collaboration: Participate in production planning and take on responsibilities as assigned during each shift.

• Flexibility: Support other areas within the factory during busy periods.

• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Krispy Kreme, embodying our values and culture.
