Finance Manager

In role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial insight across the business. You can expect to lead month-end, budgeting and forecasting processes and deliver insightful performance reporting to senior stakeholders. Working closely with senior leaders you will challenge assumptions, highlight risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the group..

To succeed in this role, you’ll be a qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with solid FP&A experience and a strong commercial mindset. You’ll be comfortable partnering with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, able to influence, challenge and communicate complex financial information clearly. Strong Excel skills are essential. You’ll also bring a proactive, improvement-focused approach and the confidence to manage and develop the junior team.
